Tariff is inclusive of full breakfast.

We offer reduced rates for stays of three nights or more.

Infants 0-3 stay free ; children 4-10 £20; childen 11+ full price.

We can offer a laundry service for + 3 night stays.

Wi-Fi and web based email access available.

We do offer a credit card facility for most issuers (not American Express) but a 2% surcharge applies .No surcharge for Debit or Delta Cards.

                  Cards issued outside UK carry additional 1% surcharge

Other tariffs apply for Bank Holiday week-ends,Christmas,New Year +Goodwood Festival of Speed (July) and Goodwood Revival (September) events

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £25 per double/twin room and £15 per single room is requested to secure the booking.If the booking is subsequently cancelled and notice of this is received at least 8 days before the original arrival date some or all of the deposit paid will be refunded.

If notice of cancellation is received 7 days or less before the original arrival date the deposit paid is not refundable.

This policy does not apply to Goodwood events or Christmas bookings.
